ColorPalette provides professional color analysis services using the 16-season system. Our service is delivered as a digital PDF document and does not include any physical products.
2. Payment & Pricing
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payment must be completed before analysis begins.
3. Refund Policy
As this is a custom digital service, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once your analysis has been delivered. However, we offer one complimentary review if you have concerns about the accuracy of your results.
4. Photo Submission
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to submit your photos. If photos are not received within this timeframe, the order will be considered complete and no refund will be issued.
Photos must meet our quality requirements for accurate analysis. We reserve the right to request additional or replacement photos if the submitted images are not suitable.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We do not share or publish your photos without explicit permission. All photos are securely stored during analysis and permanently deleted after your analysis is delivered.
6. Delivery Timeline
Standard analysis: 5-7 business days from photo approval
Premium analysis: 3-5 business days from photo approval
Timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods. We will notify you if there are any delays.
7. Intellectual Property
The color analysis PDF you receive is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any portion of the analysis without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
ColorPalette provides color analysis recommendations based on professional expertise. Results are not guaranteed to match your expectations. We are not liable for any purchasing decisions you make based on your analysis results.
